Does anyone have a good( or know where to get) spread sheet to help keep track of sales. It gets confusing at times to figure out how much you've earned, what canceled and what's pending? Help anyone?

i've been hoping someone would develop an app or widget for this, but nothing has surfaced yet.
until that happens, i use Google Documents, where i manually type sales information into a spreadsheet i created. it's handy because it can be accessed from any computer.

Help anyone? not sure if this is too much or too little for , but maybe if nothing else it will get u started, I ran across another post in the forum that has a spreadsheet file posted.. heres the link: http://forum.zazzle.com.br/gallery/spreadsheet_for_tracking_sales_and_earningsit actually has a download link on the page & it downloads a copy of the sheet for you to input your own info. I haven't used it yet, only browsed through it, hope it helps..

It gets confusing at times to figure out how much you've earned, what canceled and what's pending? Help anyone? How detailed and how much time do you want to spend on it? (of course Zazzle -could- just re-do their 'report' - bad in soooo many ways - THAT would really help). But - end of month - what I've done is to use View > Source, then copy the HTML source code into a new blank HTML document - add my head info and Viola! I have everything that shows on the Zazzle pages. It will import into a standard spreadsheet easily too. (fastest way I've found, and simplest). I'd like to use 762-54s sheet but I agree with Shopaholicchick that once you go beyond a couple stores - you'd need a 'real' bookeeper or spend way too much time on it. But I do the end of month. Sooner or later your accountant or the IRS (shudder) WILL ask for some report - and the better prepared YOU are the less grief you will have in the long run.

I don't understand how to see what was included in what check...do they cut off at the end of the month, or right up until they cut the check? Well, I'd know if I was doing this from day one... your statement about the IRS got my attention, esp. as I know the state will be pretty keen too.
