Am I adding too many products to my categories?

I'm from CP and I'm still getting used to the differences. Can someone look and tell me if I am adding too many products to my categories?

i think...i cant tell what you have each design on because you have 3 designs all mixed up in 1 section!

people have to scroll down forever to find your different designs.

try making each design a section like they prolly were on cp

every design should be in it's own folder. and each design should have every product you can fit into it. it's rather confusing the way it is now.

I'm not sure what you mean. I think I have my store set up like that. I have My designs organized as such.

* Armour of God category, inside that (so far)
- Crosses category, inside that
- Each design as a category with products in it showing that design on them.

* Planet Vibes category, inside that (so far)
- Each design as a category with products in it showing that design on them.

Shopaholic Chick said something similar, but after emailing with her, she said,

you also have sections with only 1 subsection in them you should have at least 2 subsections in any section...

but it shouldn't be set up like a russian doll. if someone wants just a cross, they won't go to the god section. each design should have it's own category. now you can have it set up as god - then crosses, but the items within those folders should be separate. one big difference between this place and CP is that the directories are just filters. if you bring us into your "directory" everything will be jumbled up.

if you go to my store you'll see - doctor - then each of the images by title on the left, with a coded link on the main page. so if you click on a colorful set of bottles, you'll get just that.

though looking at the site now i can see the tree of designs. though i still think there are too many divisions. place all the designs under each heading. if it takes longer than 3-5 seconds for someone at a glance to figure out what they want, they'll probably leave.
