Hi, everyone. I did an online search and i searched through 2 years of forum posts on zazzle but don't see a solution. i have a section of hundreds of products that i am trying to sort alphabetical. When i go to do that, however, it does not actually do it. i thought maybe i need to wait "an hour" like the message that pops up say, but that has not helped either. i am now wondering if it won't sort products across pages. Here is the section i'm referring to: http://www.zazzle.com.br/fcacshelter*/gifts?cg=196283694773263031You can see i have many of them but even if i view 100 at a time, i cannot drag and drop them across pages. they are alphabetical on my screen....clear you cache and look again

i still see Cairn Terrier on page 2 in the middle of some "B" breeds. Do you see that too?

hmmm i do see that - that one is odd...i am not sure what is causing that...it should alph all the pages - you should contact zazzle with the contact link at the bottom

Thanks. i appreciate your time. i try to avoid zazzle's help because it's nothing but frustrating. i don't think they really even read the messages. it's usually several days of my prompting them to read my message before giving me an answer that has nothing to do with my problem.

they send me the generic reply occaionally - i usually reply with "ok try again - this time read the original question below and respond with the CORRECT response" - then i usually get a much better response

I try to be nice. And yes, I too have noticed that A-Z isn't working properly sometimes
